2) QUESTIONS
Our team will ask you some questions to be able to review such as name of the floor, competitor and the pricing.
3) REVIEW
Our team will then review and if your claim matches our terms shown below we will match the price.

We accept price match claims only from UK retail shops that sell directly to customers.

To qualify, the competitor must offer an identical product in brand new condition. This means the product must have the same finish, dimensions, grade, material, and come from the same supplier.

The competitor must have the product in stock and be able to deliver it within 7 working days.

Please note that our Price Match Guarantee cannot be applied during sale promotions.

You must provide a formal quotation from the competitor for us to evaluate.

Additionally, the Price Match Guarantee does not apply to samples.

Claims cannot be submitted if you have already placed an order with us for the same product.
